Lunch: Mix of one banana and one cup of strawberry, mixed with apple juice.
Dinner: 170 gr. of fish (flounder or halibut), sprinkled with lemon juice; cup of fresh Brussels cabbage.
Dessert: cup of cold yogurt with any berries.
